Eligible products can be added to a multi-product quote cart from the storefront.
Custom fields and uploads
Ask for company, phone, purchase order, tax ID, notes, addresses, and file uploads before a request is submitted.
Merchant quote editor
Review the request, adjust lines and pricing, send a branded PDF, and email the buyer.
Customer portal
Buyers open a quote-scoped link to view the quote and respond without entering Shopify admin.
Negotiation
Counteroffers are an Unlimited feature. They are also unlocked during the complimentary access window.
Draft orders
Convert an accepted quote into a Shopify draft order. Payment stays in Shopify Checkout.
How it works
Install and choose what can be quoted
Set product or collection eligibility, minimum quantities, and the fields the request form requires.
Shoppers submit a quote cart
They add products, complete the form, and send the request. You can be notified by email.
Send the quote
Edit pricing in admin, then send the quote. The buyer can review it in the portal and download the PDF.
Convert to a Shopify draft order
When the quote is accepted, create a draft order so the buyer pays through Shopify. Deposits and payment terms require Unlimited.
Pricing
Flat monthly Shopify Billing in USD. Both plans include unlimited quote requests — there is no per-quote fee. Amounts match the Quotes billing configuration and the Shopify App Store listing.
Plans are a flat monthly price. Souvely does not take a cut of your sales, and we do not raise that price because your store performs better.

Questions
Is this a Shopify wholesale quote app?
Yes. Buyers can request quotes for eligible products, including company and purchase-order fields merchants choose to require. Payment still happens in Shopify after a draft order is created.
Which features need Unlimited?
Negotiation and counteroffers, advanced rules, multilingual experience, deposits and payment terms, advanced analytics, advanced PDF customization, and removing Souvely branding. Staff permissions and assignment, discount approval rules, and integrations / API are coming soon · Winter 2026–27. Starter covers the quote cart, custom fields, PDFs, emails, the portal, and draft-order conversion.
What happens in the first 30 days?
New installs get 30 days of complimentary access to unlocked features. Choosing Starter or Unlimited ends that complimentary access. Paid plans are not given an extra Shopify Billing trial on top.
