These terms cover use of souvely.com. They do not replace Shopify’s terms, and they do not invent a governing law or a registered address. Where a Souvely app has its own merchant terms, those terms control use of that app.

The website

The site describes Souvely apps. An app marked “Coming soon” is not available to install. Install only from a Shopify App Store link shown on an available app’s page. Pricing on this site follows the current app configuration or listing. If those differ, the charge you approve in Shopify Billing is the one that applies.

Apps and billing

Subscriptions are billed by Shopify. Souvely does not collect card numbers on this website. Product Personalizer plan details are on Product Personalizer pricing. Quotes & B2B plan details are on Quotes pricing. Smart Promotions, Returns & Exchanges, and Commerce Intelligence use Smart Promotions pricing, Returns pricing, and Commerce Intelligence pricing.

Returns & Exchanges documents

Merchants using Returns & Exchanges are covered by the Merchant Terms and the DPA, together with the Privacy Policy. Those documents say where legal details are still pending.

Commerce Intelligence documents

Merchants using Commerce Intelligence are covered by the Commerce Intelligence Merchant Terms and the Commerce Intelligence DPA, together with the Privacy Policy. Those documents are separate from the Returns & Exchanges terms. Public prices for Commerce Intelligence are not published.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit someone else’s personal data in the contact form without a reason to contact us about a Souvely app.

Contact form

The contact form collects the name, email address, topic, and message you submit so we can reply. The custom development inquiry at /services also collects a Shopify store URL, project type, project description, estimated budget, and desired timeline for the same purpose. Neither form asks for a shop’s customer list. The Privacy Policy is the website disclosure for those forms. Email support@souvely.com if you prefer not to use the form.
