Answers for Souvely Commerce Intelligence. The app is coming soon and is not an App Store listing yet.
What is Souvely Commerce Intelligence?
It is a Shopify admin app that reads orders, products, discounts, inventory cost, and the costs you enter, then shows estimated contribution, alerts, recommendations, and experiment plan drafts. It does not run a storefront portal.
Can I install it from the App Store?
No. Commerce Intelligence is coming soon. Launch and App Store submission are not approved. The public page is an overview only. There is no install button.
Does it change my discounts or prices?
No. It does not run a Shopify discount function and it does not publish price changes. Alerts, recommendations, and experiment plans stay inside the app. Experiment plans are drafts.
Are the numbers accounting profit?
No. Figures are estimated store contribution. Missing costs are not treated as zero. They are not promotion-incremental or causal profit, and they are not a Shopify endorsement.
What Shopify data does it read?
Read-only product, order, discount, and inventory scopes. That includes order and line money totals, discount titles or codes, product and variant identifiers, SKUs, titles, quantities, and unit cost when Shopify has it. It does not request customer read access.
Does it store customer name, email, phone, or address?
No. Those fields are not requested or stored for this app. It does store the order name, such as #1001, and product titles so the merchant can recognize the order and the merchandise.
What happens on uninstall or a Shopify redact webhook?
customers/redact deletes the matching order’s economic records. shop/redact and uninstall delete shop-owned ledger, cost, alert, recommendation, advisor, experiment, billing, and session records, except where the law requires something to be kept.
Is there a public price?
No. Live Shopify billing is not activated for a general listing, and prices are not published. If a paid plan is offered later, the price will be shown in the app before you approve a Shopify charge.
